The Konica KM1024i MHE-D 13PL Printhead is a robust, shear-mode, piezo on-demand printhead featuring an all-nozzle independent drive system with a multi-line structure. Unlike traditional 3-cycle system drives, this printhead enables simultaneous emission from all 1024 nozzles, enhancing positioning accuracy for high-definition print quality.
With a maximum drive frequency of 45kHz, approximately three times greater than the previous KM1024 Series, it is ideal for developing single-pass system inkjet printers capable of high-speed printing. The 13-picoliter drop size ensures sharp and precise images, making it suitable for detailed graphics and text.
Environmentally considerate, the KM1024i MHE-D incorporates only about one-third of the petroleum-derived materials and toxic chemicals used in earlier models, aligning with eco-friendly practices.
